GREAT recipe! So easy!
1 container spaghetti sauce
6 uncooked lasagna noodles
1/2 cup diced white onion
1/2 cup water
1 lb ground turkey (or beef)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Dice the onion. In a skillet, brown ground turkey/beef and onion. Drain.
Add spaghetti sauce and water and simmer for 5 minutes.
In separate bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, and egg.
In your crock pot place 1 cup meat sauce mix. Layer 3 uncooked noodles on top (may have to break to fit) and then half of the cheese mix on top of the noodles. Place half of the remaining sauce mix on top, then repeat with noodles, cheese, sauce. Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours, until noodles are soft.
