My Second Giveaway

I told you Olivia and I got some GREAT deals on Monday when we hit the thrift shop after her doctor appt, well here they are. And to make it even better, you could win a Starbucks card just by guessing how much I spent!!!

OK, it's very simple. I show you pictures of the great deals I found at the thrift store, you guess how much I spent with tax included, and the closest guess wins a $5 Starbucks card!!! :) Just in time for a peppermint hot cocoa! :)

You have until midnight, Central Time, this Sunday, December 14 to enter. Simply put your response in a comment on THIS blog post and you're entered! Good luck!

First, a few little boy items. A Hanna Andersson sweater, not sure if it will fit Liam or not, a Hanna Andersson tshirt for Liam, and some barely worn black shoes for Liam to go with his Christmas outfit.

Second, a few things for Olivia. First, a like new sweatshirt which is a little big, but sweatshirts can be big, right!?, which Olivia found for herself. She loves it because it says "Clearwater Beach"!!! Clearwater is where my parents live and we visit there often (we leave Dec 20 in fact!). And then a green Old Navy long sleeve tshirt with a Santa. :)

Next, some much needed pants for both Olivia and Braeden. Two pair of jeans for Olivia, one from Children's Place, and another that have adorable pockets on the back! And one pair for Braeden.

And finally, three Elmo's World DVDs!!!

OK, so the fun begins. Leave me a comment and let me know your guess!!! :) Good luck!

I am going to guess $20.00

Wow you got some great stuff, it makes me want to go and look. Our store that has 50% off days is 45 minutes away and everyone goes to it. I am not sure I want to attempt that with my new little handful and four year old. But what a blessing to find great deals. As soon as I can I am head out to look for stuff too!

I can't even think of how much..but I would guess alot :)~

What you should know about HIV

-HIV can NOT be spread through casual/household contact. HIV is not spread through hugging, kissing, shaking hands, sharing toys, sneezing, coughing, sharing food, sharing drinks, bathing, swimming or any other casual way. It has been proven that HIV and AIDS can only be spread through sexual contact, birth, breastfeeding and blood to blood contact (such as sharing needles). - HIV is now considered a chronic but manageable disease. With treatment, people who are HIV+ can live indefinitely without developing AIDS and can live long and full lives. - People who are HIV+ deserve to be treated with love, respect, support and acceptance as all people do. Additional information on transmission of HIV can be found on the Center for Disease Control website: http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/resources

Little Did I Know

Little did I know that the road would be so rocky
Little did I know that the trip would take so long
Little did I know that my heart could hurt so much
Little did I know that God is never wrong

Little did I know that love could be so powerful
Little did I know that a dream so far could go
Little did I know that God would place the right ones
Little did I know that my heart, so large, could grow

Little did I know that a dream has it’s own timing
Little did I know that this day would finally come
Little did I know that four souls would be sent to guide me
Little did I know that they would choose to call me mom

But God knew all along and He had a plan to follow
God knew all along that my dream would soon come true
God knew all along that we five should be together
God knew all along that I’d share it all with you
