Here's me at Christmas in FL with the kids shortly before I began down this path on Jan. 6....

Thanks all! I appreciate it! :) I have much more I still want to lose, but am on my way! :)
Jessica, yes, we'll be in Clearwater June 11-July 6. We'll be in Orlando area from June 26-29. I think we're going to Seaworld Monday the 29 th with Brandi but not sure??? Would LOVE to get together!!! We're going to do a day at Give Kids, probably the 27th. We're renting a house, with a pool! Maybe you could come hang. :) Fun!
Karen - awesome job!!! I know how much work that is! :) I started Jan 6, so we're right there together! Congrats!!!!

Congratulations! I am so impressed by your dedication. You look great!!!

Lisa,
You look SO good!!! I am so proud of you. :)

I started at just about the same time but I am only down 26lbs... I seem to be a bit "stuck" here, although I have kicked up by work out a bunch and am hoping to lose more.

You look wonderful!! :)
Hugs,
E

E, Thanks! Have you hit a plateau?? I've had two that were SO frustrating! With both I found I actually wasn't eating enough calories. If you are working out more you may need to eat more protein??? Or give yourself at least a day of rest each week too, those worked for me at least.
You are still doing AWESOME! And remember, it's "easy" for me right now because I have LOTS to lose, once I get down to the last 30 or so I predict it will be much harder! My ultimate goal is about 74 total, so I still have 37 more! :)

Wow! I can totally see the difference. Isn't it amazing how much more energy you feel also? I am just starting to try to get healthy again, I need to lighten up on my knees so I can run after the toddlers.

Keep up the great work!

Yes, even just the first week I felt better than I had in a LONG time! Not wanting to just sit on the couch, no more "tired eyes", just felt great, and loving how it continues... :) I'm also having fun buying clothes! :)

What you should know about HIV

-HIV can NOT be spread through casual/household contact. HIV is not spread through hugging, kissing, shaking hands, sharing toys, sneezing, coughing, sharing food, sharing drinks, bathing, swimming or any other casual way. It has been proven that HIV and AIDS can only be spread through sexual contact, birth, breastfeeding and blood to blood contact (such as sharing needles). - HIV is now considered a chronic but manageable disease. With treatment, people who are HIV+ can live indefinitely without developing AIDS and can live long and full lives. - People who are HIV+ deserve to be treated with love, respect, support and acceptance as all people do. Additional information on transmission of HIV can be found on the Center for Disease Control website: http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/resources

Little Did I Know

Little did I know that the road would be so rocky
Little did I know that the trip would take so long
Little did I know that my heart could hurt so much
Little did I know that God is never wrong

Little did I know that love could be so powerful
Little did I know that a dream so far could go
Little did I know that God would place the right ones
Little did I know that my heart, so large, could grow

Little did I know that a dream has it’s own timing
Little did I know that this day would finally come
Little did I know that four souls would be sent to guide me
Little did I know that they would choose to call me mom

But God knew all along and He had a plan to follow
God knew all along that my dream would soon come true
God knew all along that we five should be together
God knew all along that I’d share it all with you
