Again this holiday season, One Laptop Per Child is giving away XO laptops in the US. These are amazing things these laptops! I read up on them and this organization last year when they had the same offer.

These laptops are created especially for children in developing countries. They are sized for children's hands, have built in wireless, a screen that is visable even in bright sunlight - for children who are schooled outdoors - and are incredibly fun and motivating for children. They are NOT sold here. BUT, with this offer, you can purchase a laptop to send to a child in a developing country, and during this time you will then receive one of your own. Give one. Get one.
