My nieces is a cheerleader in MD, and they do it the same way. <BR/><BR/>Now, I just read your previous post, and that is so disturbing that there's a possibility Little One could go to a person who has seen him just once when you are a stable placement. This is, I'm sure, an ignorant question, since I've never done foster care...but how attached are you to Little One? I cannot imagine having a child (even with the problems it seems Little One might have) for 8+ months and then going through the separation.
