Universal

Monday we had plans to go to Universal Studios for the day before heading back to Clearwater.

I made the mistake of rushing to do The Hulk at the start before the lines. Awesome coaster! But, twice within 15 minutes was a little much for my body and I was extremely nauseous and sick for a couple hours after! :( Guess I'm getting old. :(

Braeden at first didn't want to ride the barges with Olivia, but after he did he LOVED it and they ended up going twice!!!

I was excited to see the entrance to Jurassic Park, even though they've never seen the movie! As soon as we walked through these gates we saw the end of the line that snaked through the park to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter! We were headed there and knew it would be busy, but never expected this! The line to just get into that AREA of the park was over an hour!!! That was not including lines for anything else!

I didn't tell Braeden that the Jurassic ride had a big drop at the end and made him go on with O and I! :) Here they were looking at the first dinosaur.

It was a bit scary inside at the end, but I'm glad we went at least once!

After coming out of that ride, the Harry Potter line went down crazily low compared to what it was so we got in line. It took about an hour to get into Harry, we were by the dino education center and went in to use the bathrooms... I'll do Harry's area in another post (awesome!).

Braeden and Olivia each got a broom while in the Wizarding World (thanks Grandma and Grandpa!) and they had lots of stares and comments from passersby afterwards. :)

We spent a little time in Seuss land before heading out for the day.

We had lots of fun, but it was interesting that I was still saying "7" when asked how many... instead of 6... we did miss having Davids with us...

What you should know about HIV

-HIV can NOT be spread through casual/household contact. HIV is not spread through hugging, kissing, shaking hands, sharing toys, sneezing, coughing, sharing food, sharing drinks, bathing, swimming or any other casual way. It has been proven that HIV and AIDS can only be spread through sexual contact, birth, breastfeeding and blood to blood contact (such as sharing needles). - HIV is now considered a chronic but manageable disease. With treatment, people who are HIV+ can live indefinitely without developing AIDS and can live long and full lives. - People who are HIV+ deserve to be treated with love, respect, support and acceptance as all people do. Additional information on transmission of HIV can be found on the Center for Disease Control website: http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/resources

Little Did I Know

Little did I know that the road would be so rocky
Little did I know that the trip would take so long
Little did I know that my heart could hurt so much
Little did I know that God is never wrong

Little did I know that love could be so powerful
Little did I know that a dream so far could go
Little did I know that God would place the right ones
Little did I know that my heart, so large, could grow

Little did I know that a dream has it’s own timing
Little did I know that this day would finally come
Little did I know that four souls would be sent to guide me
Little did I know that they would choose to call me mom

But God knew all along and He had a plan to follow
God knew all along that my dream would soon come true
God knew all along that we five should be together
God knew all along that I’d share it all with you
